I have a question that's not listed here - where can I get it answered?

Is this system applicable to all project types?

The AMG system as a WHOLE is primarily intended for getting projects from the commercial sector – especially from corporations intending to have an office building, production plant or other such facility built for their own use. Naturally, it also works for that same audience in projects like annexes or renovations.

However, many tools within the AMG Manual definitely give you an edge in presenting your services and impressing the prospective clients in ANY kind of projects. It's only the "finding of new projects before others" -part that doesn't really work with public projects, for instance.

Can I use the AMG System to find residential projects?

Yes, with some adjustments. We are coming out with a "residential version" within a few months and if you buy the AMG Manual now you will get that version for only 50% of the purchase price of it – but only if you inform us about this before you purchase the manual.

Does the AMG Manual suit for bigger Architectural firms also?

It does but these rarely use it... although many purchase the manual just to get some tips. Bigger firms have become that way by decades of networking. They have their own professional lobbyist networking – in fact, they hire Public Relations experts that have contacts all over the industry and the political & commercial infrastructure. The AMG System is basically for smaller Architect firms so they can EFFECTIVELY WORK TOWARD that type of recognition that the big firms already have. Medium-sized Architect firms do purchase this system quite frequently – and practicing Architects form the majority of our clientele.

What size of projects can you get with the AMG System?

It will be a blend but it starts with smaller projects. There's no way you can find those huge projects before other Architects. Yet, when you go fishing, you can get a BIG fish, too – as the Architects using the AMG System frequently find out. The AMG System gives you a way to CONSTANTLY find new projects and get in there practically without ANY competition. Some of those will be not-so-small. Once in a while, a smaller project can lead into some BIG project as your target audience is one of the most networked and influential ones there are!

Why would I want to get smaller projects?

Naturally we all want the big, challenging projects. Only, the way to those goes through a great number of smaller ones. And again, let me stress that AMONG those smaller projects, there will be varying sizes of projects... some quite sizeable... and some LEADING to bigger ones once you've established yourself into their network.

Everyone wants the big projects – and only one can get each. Keep entering into competitions if that's what you do, and keep doing proposals for bigger projects... you cannot win if you don't. But the way into PERMANENT position on the RFP short lists of these big boys comes from having lots and lots of decision-makers out there totally sold on your abilities. And the way to that is by patiently building your network with lots of projects DONE.

Are you saying that networking doesn't really work?

No, quite the contrary. It works – but it works BETTER if those that know you also have experienced your work. The big Architecture firms have professional Public Relations people out there, lobbying and using their contacts. The questions you have to ask yourself are "Can I compete with them? Can I afford to network their way? Do I have a chance to win them at their game, with their terms?"

If you create a network of CLIENTS, you will not PAY for it but GET PAID. See, a corporation might be a small client for you – the project is a small one – but the C.E.O. might also be playing golf with the Governor... you get the idea. People KNOW people – and business owners are among those that know influential people.

But doesn't that take AGES to get on the RFP short list of major professional clients that way?

It might take a few years, yes. But what's the alternative? We all hope we could somehow find the magic pill that would take us into fame and fortune in one swell swoop... and waste our lives wishing for the impractical.

Making it to the short lists of major projects is like getting a Hole in One in golf. There are Pros that never get one in a competition... despite thousands of attempts! With the AMG System, you get another way to try that... you dump a whole truckload of golf balls onto that green! Now, don't you think the odds of ONE of those balls falling into the hole are quite good?

Networking is not the MAJOR feature of the AMG System. Rather, it could be called a BONUS RESULT of using the system for a couple of years... and perhaps longer. All I'm saying is that by ensuring you get LOTS of new projects and lots of income, you will at the same time greatly increase your chances of becoming a widely recognized Architect and thus, ending up on the RFP short lists of many major players in the industry!

How would it be possible to find new projects before others even know they exist?

Because you will find the projects before they really have officially BECOME projects... in other words, BEFORE the final decision. Using the very specific, tested tools in the AMG Manual you can really find projects before any other Architect has a CHANCE of knowing about it!

Why would these clients be interested in negotiating with an Architect before they've made the final decision?

Because these clients are not construction industry professionals. They don't KNOW how the system works. And, what's more important and to the point, most of these projects take AGES to get the final go-ahead decision only because the clients don't know how to find the relevant information and evaluate it – and without these facts, they cannot make a decision. In fact, research shows many projects are dropped only for this reason... and the corporation goes and buys an existing building instead.

But what's to stop these clients from calling any Architect to find OUT about these things when they need that information?

First, you have to understand that many of these clients don't even realize that they NEED an Architect. As you will find out in the "Clients' Viewpoint" chapter of the AMG Manual, there are lots of preconceptions and misunderstandings around about what Architects do. In fact, MOST of the benefits of using an Architect are TOTALLY UNKNOWN. And one of the most common negative misconceptions is that "Architects are very expensive!" Also, you might not fully appreciate how highly Architects are regarded by this audience... The fact is that very few ever take the initiative to contact an Architect – but most will welcome an offer of help from an Architect, if approached the right way!

How is it possible that I could influence the client's decision so much that it is almost certain I get the project?

Again, these clients are not professionals in construction industry related matters. With the Starter Package, you establish yourself as THEIR TRUSTED EXPERT in this subject. Thus, YOU they know and trust – other Architects are unknown entities. Therefore, even if your proposal is more expensive, the client usually selects you... if you've delivered a Starter Package for them, that is.

Does the AMG System suit only US-based Architect firms and practices?

Actually, it is a universal system that's in use with Architects around the world. We have clients in Australia, Scandinavia, UK, Canada... but as the United States is by far the biggest region with most Architects, our clients are predominantly from here. But the AMG System does work in any part of the world, regardless of climate, construction industry markets and other such things.

Can the the AMG System be successfully used also by Professional Engineers and designers?

Absolutely. Anyone with ability to help in the fact finding AND planning of the building can use the AMG Manual. It is created for Architects and Professional Engineers but I have seen it used successfully by most construction industry experts!

Do the ready advertisement tools confirm with the Ethical Standards of Architects?

As far as we know they do. The AMG System is in use and we've never received a question from governmental or Architectural agencies. The approach in the AMG System is so discreet and you don't really offer your services – but something much more valuable – that it is a very stylish and unobtrusive message. If the recipient already has an Architect assigned for the project, he won't feel that you're trying to get in on the project. In short, it's a very unassuming and inconspicious way of approach – and yet one that any client intending to build cannot resist. It brings a very high response from these recipients!

Will you guarantee that I succeed with the AMG System?

Nobody but you could guarantee your own success of course. We give you our Lifetime 200% Guarantee that if you use the system, use every tool and apply it as recommended for some sufficient trial period and get no results, we will pay you back twice the amount you paid for the manual.

Realize that once you purchase the AMG manual, it becomes YOUR system. You are the one responsible for using the system according to the instructions and with enough persistence to keep it going until it CAN produce results. The goal here is something quite worthwhile – if you make it, you will eventually increase your clientele and revenue MARKEDLY. But a worthwhile goal takes some persistence to reach. Nobody is forcing you to use the system now or immediately... but when you do, give it your best shot.

With ANY new system, there's bound to be SOME problems to overcome. The AMG System is very easy to use and we've at one time or another solved most of the problems you could run into... these you find in the Trouble Shooting Tool with the solutions... but the persistence – that hast to come from you. Once you commit yourself to that, you sell that it is EASY to succeed with this system!
